Our selected caps are well preserved by NaCl no smell because process for cleaning of caps is very technical and our trained work did this very technically. We produce very hygiene product according to our customer demand. Scientifically sheep caps are known as (caecum or Blind Guts). Sheep caps has an average length of 50cm and diameter of 50mm. Caps are substantially processed in the same way as beef middles.
Sheep Caps are used for stuffing cooked sausages Foods etc. Their diameter varies from 35mm to 70 mm. Sheep Caps are sold by the piece according to customer requirements.
